ENGINEER - Full-Time

Are you an experienced Engineer? Do you know high-quality code? Do you want to be an integral part in the creation of a super exciting project? This one is for you:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high performance, high-quality code
  • Develop game features through every step of the development process, from initial design all the way to live game support
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks
  • Build efficient and reusable systems
  • Prioritize and execute tasks using Agile methodologies
  • Work with designers to create tools for art and UI
  • Provide input on the technical direction for an ambitious MMO project

Required Skills And Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • In-Depth experience of Unity and C# programming
  • Be able to understand the full technology stack, from game server to shaders
  • Quick to pick up new tools and systems
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Thorough working approach
  • Exceptionally good at communicating with the team in an open and honest environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English
  • Confident in your work and care about the quality of what you produce
  • A passion for creating games

Not Mandatory, but a huge bonus:

  • Previously worked the full life cycle of game development, from dev to release
  • Experience in working with multiplayer networked games
  • A fan of large scale MMOs
  • Knowledge of 3D graphics pipelines and tools (e.g. Maya)
